Job Responsibilities

• To implement maintenance program and services as well as replenishment projects for MVAC installations in the company premises as and when necessary,
• ensuring that they are in good and reliable operating condition
• To monitor the day-to-day operation and maintenance for MVAC installations;
• To operate all relevant MVAC facilities including the computerized maintenance management system in order that maintenance data are all properly captured into the system for long term maintenance planning
• To attend to emergency calls for any system failure
• To supervise service providers/contractors’ works to ensure workmanship meet the company’s requirements

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines and holding Electrical license A or above
• At least 1 year MVAC experience in facilities planning, operation and maintenance, preferably with main contractors or E&M contractors
• Knowledge of the current legislations and engineering design/practice on facilities management,
• building services, event technical support, contract law and other requirement related to event/exhibition
• Self-motivated, analytical, responsible
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Technician
